Thoughts Questions & Wishes

 

 

1)  If there are neither lizardwomen nor ratwomen, how do they propagate?

2)  If GMs want you to tell them about trapped monsters, why is there no option for that on the list?  I have almost done it twice now, out of frustration (there no fewer than six trapped monsters at "The Finger" ... the 1st peninsula east of Yew)... but every option that I would choose seems like I would be lying about the reason I am calling them... and I don't want to lie.

3)  To go with #2, I ask again:  Whose brilliant idea was it to let monsters spawn where houses could go??  I say we make them fix it.

4)  I wish my screen would stay the way I had it even after I log off. Arranging inventory every time i log on is a bummer.

5)  I wish right-click wouldn't close windows.  Arranging inventory every time I go on a wild click-fest (don't laugh - it sometimes happens) is a bummer.

6)  I wish Escape wouldn't close windows.  Arranging inventory every time I get flustered and start hitting random keys (don't laugh - it sometimes happens) is a bummer.

7)  Why doesn't my noto-query work?  I attack Hearding and Davian all the time... and then they have to wait around while I turn blue again.

8)  Why won't the tool-tips and pop-up-help go away even though I've turned them off in the Options?

9)  What is "Language Pair CE?"

10)  Things that need to leave:  Weavers, Small Beige Bushes, and Saplings. Here i am - Janey, Woman of the Forest... running through the trees, all heroic like... and then KABOOM.  Stopped by sapling.  Can go no further. Okay... turn east.  Nope.  Can't go there either.  There's a bush in your way.  South.  Nope.  Tree there.  Sorry.

And weavers... well... I don't think that needs any explaining.

11)  We should be able to wear a big black belt (really, it should be Dyeable) around our armor.

12)  We should be able to hang a little pouch off the belt to keep unstealable things in.  (I certainly would notice if someone was sticking their hands down *my* pants...)  Pouch should be limited by number of items and by weight.

13)  We should be able to wear a baldric and a surcoat/tunic/fancy dress at the same time.  It's really hard to make nifty outfits when we're limited. ;)

14)  Tailors should be able to make cloth cowls that would go over the leather/plate cowls.  That way, you could have a Baldric the same color as your cowl and have it look good.  (don't you think studded leather gorgets look a little silly beneath fancy dresses?)

15)  Tailors should be able to make hats.  I don't mean Football Helmets from 1940, I mean hats.  (although I am greatful for the ability to make leather helms :))

16)  The "What do you want to make" menu should be redesigned.  It should look similar to the Skills menu, and the little 'gems' should be next to things like "Fancy Shirt" and "Chain Coif."  Less clicking = good thing.

17)  We should be able to dye the trim (and petticoats, for that matter) on our fancy dresses.

18)  The monster spawn needs to at least equal the animal spawn.  Don't get me wrong, I like ten-hided panthers... but killing a big gargoyle is so much more fun!

19)  The dog and cat spawn needs to be halved.

20)  That's all, I think.
